This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled forJsonTranslate credits, subscriptions, and localization workflow services. Because translation tasks may consume model, storage, and processing resources, completed or consumed work is generally not refundable.
You may cancel a subscription from the account area when that option is available. Cancellation stops future renewals, while current-period access usually remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Partial-period refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved after review. Renewal, billing, or accidental purchase issues should be reported promptly.
If you were charged incorrectly, a payment was duplicated, or a translation task failed because of a confirmed platform issue, contact support with your account email, order ID, task ID, and a short description. We may restore credits, retry the task, or issue a refund where appropriate.
Machine translation can vary by source quality, terminology, context, and target language. Dissatisfaction with a translated result is not automatically refundable, but we encourage you to contact support so we can help troubleshoot workflow settings.
Send refund or credit review requests to [email protected]. Include the account email, order ID, task ID, and relevant details. We may ask for additional information before making a decision.
